His through-line has always been the same: take what is chaotic, unclear, or undervalued, and turn it into governed, monetizable advantage.
Michael has been retained by C-suites & Boards to remediate structural risk, govern emerging technology, and create new revenue streams where others see liability. He has led billion-dollar commercial practices at Accenture, closed landmark $1.2B transformation agreements at CSC/DXC, delivered $100M+ profit recovery for the ATOS Board, and built monetizable innovation across AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and fintech. As a founder, operator, and advisor, he has created intellectual property, raised capital, and guided companies from zero to scale.
